2019 Junior Culinary Cooking Contest

GUIDELINES

  1.  Teams of four (4)

  2. Include Team name on the entry form

  3. The competition will consist of 3-4 courses

    1. appetizer

    2. salad

    3. entrée

    4. dessert

  4. Each team will prepare the course using a mystery ingredient specified by the MC day of the event, then one member will provide a presentation to the judge's panel while the other begins cleaning and prepping for the next course.

  5.  Kitchen stations will be supplied for each team, as well as all product that will be needed.

  6. After the final course is selected the judges will announce the winning team.
